Yesterday ended up being pretty uneventful for most everyone. A few areas near and along the Kentucky border saw some light shower activity during the afternoon and evening, but for the rest of us, you wouldn’t have even known a cold front passed through…

…until today. Does it not feel incredible outside? Highs this afternoon won’t make it out of the upper 70s in most spots with comfortable dew points in the 50s. If you’re not careful, you might mistake this for fall! It’s getting closer, but for you summer lovers like me, we’re not quite done yet.

Tomorrow will be a near copy/paste of today. Temperatures and humidity levels will both gradually begin to climb over the weekend. Some of our western areas will see highs near 90° again by the first of next week. Daily afternoon pop up shower/storm chances will also return around that time.
